Like it says im missing most things i believe. I do have the coil, ignition unit box, and the silver box with fins with the harness to connect them all. Can i get it running like this or do i need more parts? I just want to hear it run before i start buying lights and other parts. I have a new battery and it looks like the starter was eliminated already so im going kick only And help on wiring or what component's i must have to work the ignition system would be great im new to this been working on cars but this will be the first bike project. Thx and working on making pics small enough to post

The very minimum you can probably get away with is :-
Generator (rotor/stator &pickup coils), check the resistances across the slip rings as per your manual, out of spec means it won't charge and therefore won't run once the battery voltage starts dropping.
A fully charged battery (14V)
Regulator/rectifier, on CDI models that's a combined unit so that's your silver box with fins.
CDI black box.
An ignition switch that A) switches live supply on/off to the CDI unit and B) earths out the CDI unit when switched off, that's how the ignition is turned off.
One thing you need to understand about 650 electrical systems, it needs a healthy battery to operate, if the battery voltage is low (less than around 12.2v) then the voltage sensor in the regulator cuts supply to the generator, this means that if the engine is running it's doing so on battery power only, the battery will then drain quickly which causes misfiring and complete cut-out shortly after.
Check out the wiring diagrams in your workshop manual, trying to unpick the necessary charging & ignition circuits will be a pain if you don't understand electrickery.
Good luck.
