Tojo's Revenge, half nekkid with no bags or shield installed. Aside from the tank that looks like it's been pulled through a keyhole, it's looking less worse every season. Almost 20k on the clock and still pulls like a train (to the surprise of a few Harley pilots ;D I know, a stocker Special with road-trippin goodies and a backrest (barf barf cuss cuss) but it doesn't mind. It all comes off. Thanks for all the help, peeps! Attachments:

Lookin' good! That sissy bar looks a lot better on your bike than it did on my garage floor, nice work. Have you considered swapping out those bars? Going to the Daytona bar was the best change I've made.

Thanks Roy, I appreciate the donation. I tossed the dufflebag strap over the backrest and it stayed put all the way to work today, I kinda liked that. The bags will go back on soon, but now theres something to strap the duffel to as well. I plan on making a small cushion for it, and also mounting a small higher brake light up in there somewhere. In fact I was just abusing the bar after hours tonight at the shop trying to bend it back even. A previous owner dumped it and tweaked the right side even lower than the left is already. It's not too bad, but I found myself thinking of trying a different setup. The only issue I may have is I can't ride leaning forward that much for more than 10 minutes or the neck takes a serious crash and I'm out of commision for a week at least. I'd be willing to try one though. Have any spares laying around? (ahem wink wink)

Swapping out to a Daytona or Euro style bar won't really lean you any further forward but it does get your palms level with the ground. This gives me a lot better leverage on the clutch and brake lever and is much more comfortable in general. Just my opinion. Sorry no spares on the floor at the moment but will keep you in mind. roy

A well set up stocker in touring rig will never get a (barf barf cuss cuss) out of me. I reserve my barfing and cussing for motorized fashion accessories that aren't fit to ride. Good work, sir.

Thank you muchly, Guru Grizz. Your pointers and suggestions (along with a slapdown or two) are all appreciated. I'm sure I'll be nagging for more input come spring when I have to re-groom the wiring harness to find out what killed it this fall. You have officially been warned ;D
