Hi Folks, I found the hot set up, Use 1 3/4 stainless headers from Mike Morse at 650 Central, his EPO's ( Exhaust Port Optimizers), TPO's (Torque Peak Optimizers) and the tapered mufflers. Nice sound and they perform well. I used the 750 kit, 650 Centrral's 100 Degree Street Fighter Cam, Mikuni VM34's and Grizzled 1's base jetting set up , K&N oval pods. Wow!...Pulls like a 900.... Brace the fork, swingarm cause you'll need it with the extra performance....Fun!!!

Can you elaborate on your jetting setup? What kits, sizes, and setup methods have you found to work the best for a stock 650 with the BS34cv`s? Mines an 81.

I know it pulls like a bat out of hell ... I drove a 750 in the late 70's and early 80's. 750 Stage I open performance headers and an electronic ignition, Motor just hammered it out... makes me smile just to think about it ...
