To make a long story short I have a cracked tooth in the back of my mouth that can’t be saved. I decided to get an implant because they said I would have a problem with a bridge. This will be my second one so I was thought it would be about the same cost around three thousand bucks, which is inconvenient but still something I can afford.
At plastic surgeons office I got the estimate and it’s $6789.00 for his part. I was shocked. I told him I could have a new bike for that price. He asked me which is more important to me a new bike of good teeth?
I had to think about it.

I just canceled my next appointment. It was just a cleaning but they want me coming in every 3 months now. It's about $130 for less than an hour in the chair. Sure wish I could be paid $130 an hour. I submitted my last visit to my health care provider - they denied it. I pay those MFers near $400 a month and they won't honor a measly $130 claim?

Yeah they are all cutting back which doesn't make much since when it comes to cleaning. I do wonder if you really need to go in as often as they say. Most insurance companies these days pay for maintenance and nothing more. That is why I always have to pay to get it done right. I figure when they finish I'll have 50 grand in my teeth and drop dead of a stroke the next day LOL :-)

My sister only has about six teeth left. She wants them pulled and get dentures. She can't find a dentist to do that. They all want to try to save her bad teeth and do $30,000 in bridge work. If she lived in Texas or New Mexico she could go over the border to Juarez and they will pull her teeth, give her the dentures all in one day for around $2000.

I wonder if insurance plans cover dental bug removal and stone chips?

Just pull them all. If you can't chew it, run it thru the blender.
