Those are a nice arm. I have one just about like that for my SR500. It was done by Trouthunter out of the U.S.. Both Trouthunter and Motolanna are members on my SR500 Forum. Lots of good info about both arms if you search around the forum and I do believe they would be a near direct bolt on unit for the XS.. Only real problem I see is the axle they are provided with is for the 17mm SR wheel bearings. Easy enough to work around. Take care, G Man

Has anybody used one of these swingarms? I've got a lathe, welders etc., so I'm not afraid to do what I have to, to adapt one. I'm just curious as to what the issues are. I understand the SR 500 axle is 17 mm in dia. What is the 650's, so I don't have to take mine apart just to measure it? Peter, the fellow at Motolana, says you also need a spacer and end plates. I can see where the spacer goes, between the two pivots on the swingarm. Are the end plates like the ones on my old motocrossers that have thrust needle bearings in them? Any feedback would be great. Thanks guys. Skimmer

You will need 17mm wheel bearings. Also bush, end caps, and shims from an SR swingarm pivot. You use the original XS pivot bolt.
