My right side pipe is running extremely hotter than the left. The left side has good compression, fuel, air, and spark. The left side also has good exhaust flow.Is this a valve spacing issue? Please help, thanks

What's the history? Is this a new problem on a machine you've had for awhile, or is this a new acquisition you're sorting out?
Don't guess on valve lash, inspect and adjust. Does the right plug show signs of overheating from a lean mixture? If so check the right carb mount, throttle shaft, and airbox joints for air leaks. With the engine at idle, shoot short bursts of carb cleaner at those points and wait a second or two. If idle changes, you've found a leak. It's also possible that the right carb could be doing more of the work due to a synchronization issue.

Another possibility: if you have breaker point ignition, timing on the right side could be advanced.
